Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament & Stations of the Cross: Sundays, 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Consolation Church.

The drawing will be held on Sunday, March 19 after the 11:00 Mass at the front entrance of St. Joseph Church.

Holy Family Food Pantry - 40 Cans for 40 Days
This parish Lenten Almsgiving program will help supply Food for our Parish Food Pantry. Please consider saving one non-perishable food item each day of Lent and bring them to church. "40 x 40" will make a real difference in our food Pantry outreach capabilities. Everyone is encouraged o continue donating throughout the year. Glass containers are discouraged and opened packages will have to be thrown away.
Parish Library Books
Our parish library is overflowing, but it is not being used. To make better use of the books,we are going to donate and give away some of them. If yyou or someone you know wants or will use the books, please contact the parish office. You can see alist of some of the books in our library at:

Parish Council Meeting
The next Parish Council Meeting will be held Monday, March 13 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Church. Parish Council meetings are held on the second Monday of the month from September through June. When a holiday falls on a meeting date, the meeting will be moved to the following Monday.
Help Heat Holy Family
We have raised an additionl $2,717.00 toward heating expenses! Many thanks also to registered parishioners who continue to help with "Energy" contributions; we are very grateful for your support.
To raise additional funds for our parish heating expenses, we have placed special envelopes at the church entrances and pews and are asking everyone who is able, to help with any additional contribution. thank you for any support you can offer! Thank you for your support.
Easter Flowers
Donations for Easter Flowers to enhance the spiritual decor in both churches for our Easter celebrations are much appreciated. Note there is an Easter Flower Budget Envelope located in your budget packets with "In Memory/Honor Of" on the back of the envelope to list loved ones to be remembered in our prayers.
Easter Decorating Schedule
Volunteers are needed to decorate both churches for our Easter celebrations. Come decorate with us on Saturday, March 8 at 9 a.m. for Our Lady of Consolation and 11 a.m.for Saint Joseph. RSVP to (401) 724-9190.
Pray the Rosary
Each week parishioners - adults and children - are requested to either email the office or drop a slip of paper in the collection basket stating the number of rosaries they prayed the previous week.A count of rosaries prayed will be printed in the church bulletin. By praying the rosary as our Blessed Mother has requested, she will bring us closer to Jesus.
